Alpha Course
Starts 18th May, 7:00pm
Introductory ‘Alpha Party’ 7th May, 7:00pm
The Alpha course is open to everyone interested in discovering what Christianity is about. Come, relax, eat, share your thoughts and explore the meaning of life!
What is Alpha?
Alpha is an opportunity for anyone to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed fun
and friendly environment over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions, with an opportunity
to attend a day away in the middle of the course.
Each week there will be food followed by a talk on subjects such as 'Who is Jesus', 'Why did he die?' We usually round the evening up with a discussion and a chance for people to share their views and questions.
Alpha is for everyone, there are no questions that are not allowed and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish. We do not assume any background or belief in Christianity and everyone is welcome. Come for as little or as much as you like, there is no pressure.
Our course begins with an introductory ‘Alpha Party’ at 7.00pm on Saturday 7th May 2011. The course will be run on Wednesday evenings starting 18th May 2011. Please contact us for more details
